How we design games

Throughout ideation, concepting, prototyping and building, we always take a "player-first" mindset with the connection to our player community, conducting playtests and through research. We have a constant will to improve things. We draw inspiration from a rich variety of media & life experiences. Our team operates within a work environment characterized by exceptionally flat hierarchies.

Team bonding

Twice a year we head into nature or participate in creative workshops where we learn from one another and enjoy fantastic team bonding experiences. We organize board game evenings, having internal game jams and ideation workshops.

Moreover we are centrally located in the wonderful city of Munich with its beautiful surrounding nature, lakes and the Alp.
